Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply fewer than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Change of Address

There is no charge if you change an address before your order ships. However, due to increased costs from carriers, we will charge $19.00 for any address change, including but not limited to redirects or corrections on your order address after it ships. We will not charge you if the change is due to warehouse or carrier errors.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, causing delays in fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Multiple Product Orders

For orders with multiple products, we will make every effort to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. The shipping charge quoted on your purchase receipt may apply to the first shipment of multiple shipments.

Payment – Credit Cards and PayPal

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may also make payments via PayPal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) to avoid delays. Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order.

Payment – Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days for funds clearance before processing. We cannot guarantee product availability by the time funds clear. A $25 fee will apply to all returned checks.

Payment – Purchase Orders

We accept Purchase Orders for payment. We must approve your organization for credit terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse credit terms to organizations that do not meet our credit requirements. Standard purchase order terms are net 15 days. We do not provide credit terms for customers outside the United States. International customers may use bank wires, credit cards, or PayPal for payment.

Taxes

Our store automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders shipped within the same state as our location. For orders shipped to other states, customers are responsible for reporting all sales taxes or other taxes.

Warranty and Guarantee

All products shipped are covered by their manufacturer's warranty or guarantee. Specific warranty details can be found in the product packaging. If a product fails to perform as warranted, please contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Typographical and Computer Errors

We strive to eliminate errors and provide the most accurate product information and pricing. However, due to typographical or computer errors, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at incorrect prices. If your credit card is charged for an incorrect price and the order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit for the incorrect price. If an error is identified after you place an order, please contact us with your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we request that you return unused and undamaged products in the original packaging within 5 business days for a full refund.

Pricing is Subject to Change without Notice

As we work with various manufacturers, pricing changes may occur without prior notice. We strive to update product prices promptly but cannot guarantee timely notification of price changes. Prices may be adjusted at any time to reflect updates from manufacturers.

Privacy and Content on Other Websites

Other websites accessed through our site may have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party websites.

Our site may contain links to other websites owned and operated by third parties. We have no control over third-party sites and are not responsible for the operation of or content on such sites.
