Shipping Information

• Standard Shipping Fee: $7.95 for orders under $500.
• Free Shipping: Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping.
• Oversized/Heavy Products: Products requiring freight shipping are excluded from the free shipping offer. Shipping fees for these items will be calculated at checkout.
• Shipping Carriers: We use FedEx Ground and UPS for most orders. Shipping to other U.S. states or territories is subject to a $15 fee.
• Shipping Method: We ship from multiple warehouses to expedite delivery. If needed, we may use alternative carriers like USPS or local couriers.

International Shipping
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and broker fees, which are not included in the purchase price. Additional charges require your approval before processing.

Shipping Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipped within 24 hours if the product is in stock. Delivery times are estimates.

Return Policy

• Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items: PPE, disinfectants, COVID-19 products, custom items, and used products are non-returnable.
• Return Process: To return an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
• Restocking Fee: Returns not due to defects or errors incur a 25% restocking fee.
• Refused Deliveries: If you refuse an order, you'll be responsible for all shipping costs (both delivery and return) plus a 25% restocking fee.
